Jim Kelly, also former head Coach of Scottish and long serving front rower is delighted to be back, “The club holds a special place in my heart and it’s great to be back playing again and catching up with old friends. It’s a great way to mix rugby and business and raise some funds for good causes.”
The Wooden Spoon charity will be raising funds on the day, with both Welbeck Group and Deutsche Bank contributing to the fund raising.
Welbeck Group clients who have agreed to add their weight to the day’s proceedings include former Scotland international winger, Kenny Logan and former England scrum half Andy Gormasall. Both of which will provide expert tactical advice to the teams. Former Premiership Referee Ash Rowden will officiate and the game promises to be a fun and competitive occasion.
